This apartment has sea views from every window, so we wanted to incorporate this aspect into our design process. The building juts out into the sea, so the view from the living room is particularly spectacular. The apartment is 108 m2 and we created three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. We have added an island to which the dining table is attached. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and there is also a laundry room. It's a beautiful apartment with the sound of the ocean waves and the gentle sea breeze flowing through. There is plenty of space for entertaining. The apartment is easy to close and open when used as a vacation home. We have used a combination of natural stone, wood, ceramic tiles and mirrors throughout the apartment and used light colors with touches of blue, pink and beige tones.
