Ruin with 5,000 m2 of agricultural land with irrigation water point. Minimum presence of fruit trees and thirty olive trees in the growth phase. External relevance to the building, to be used as a garden/villa, about 400 sq m. The supporting structure is intact, the ruin does not require structural interventions except for the cover (roof). the recovery interventions should concern the internal walls, the windows and doors, the electrical and water systems and the construction of the two bathrooms, positioned cantilevered with access from the hallway landing on the first floor. The staircase is made of stone with steps in a single block. the colors of the time are still evident on the walls. the floor is in simple terracotta and in both rooms on the ground floor there are traces of economic kitchens, built in masonry and covered with period majolica. the connection to the electricity mains has already been made.
