1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Find.Estate, which include the website located at Find.Estate (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), all related applications, features, and other services (collectively referred to as the "Services").
1.2. The Website is operated and administered by UAB "Finsora", legal entity code – 304421245, Spaudos g. 9, Vilnius, Lithuania, email: info@find.estate.
1.3. All users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") are obligated to comply with these Terms. By registering or using the Website and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and undertake to comply with them.
2. Services
2.1. Find.Estate provides a virtual platform for real estate searching. The Services allow users to find, view, and track market trends using automated search and indexing functions.
2.2. Some of the Services provided on the Website may be provided to the Client for a fee (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Services"). Paid Services, their price, and the order procedure are described and indicated in the "Paid Services" section of the Website. The terms of Paid Services may be specified on the order page of the specific Paid Service. Further in these Terms, references to "Services" shall include all Services, including Paid Services.
2.3. Payment for Services can be made by bank transfer or SMS message. The Client understands and agrees that Paid Services may be provided only after the Client pays Find.Estate for the Paid Services in the manner specified on the Website. Find.Estate has the right to unilaterally change the fee for any Paid Services and the payment procedure at any time. The Client is considered to have paid for the Paid Service when Find.Estate actually receives the Client's payment.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue the availability of the Services or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, but we will endeavor to inform users of material changes.
2.5. We actively develop new features and services to improve the quality of the platform. In improving the system, we may add or remove features, start offering new services or stop offering old ones. While we try to avoid disruptions, we cannot guarantee that the Services will not be interrupted or changed, and your content may be unavailable due to such disruptions or changes. We are not responsible for such failures or changes to the Services.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that will not threaten security, restrict, or impede the rights of others to use the Services.
3.2. Any form of use of the Services that infringes copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or causes damage to Find.Estate or third parties is prohibited.
3.3. To continuously use the Services, you will need to create a personal account. You must provide a username and password and a way to contact you (e.g., email address and/or phone number). You may need to verify your account or add other information if you want to access certain features or services. Our Privacy Policy discusses in more detail what information we collect and how we use this information.
3.4. You are responsible for the security of your personal account and agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. If you use a password, it must be strong, and we (strongly) recommend that you use this password only for this account. If your account is compromised, we may not be able to restore it for you.
3.5. You are also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the contact information associated with your account. If you lose access to your account, we will need to contact you at the email address or phone number associated with your account, and we may not be able to restore your account if you no longer have access to that email account or phone number. We may also assume that any communications we receive from your account or associated contact information were submitted by you.
3.6. You agree not to license, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
4. Account Security
4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights to the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, databases, code, interfaces, and other content, belong to Find.Estate or its legitimate licensors.
5.2. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works based on our system, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any of our software or services. You also may not copy or decompile our software or services, attempt or assist others to do so, unless you have our written consent or applicable law permits this.
5.3. Although we grant you the right to use the system, we retain all intellectual property rights in our software and services.
5.4. Our services may allow you to access information, features, or services from third parties. You should review any terms and policies provided by the third party before use. Use of these products or services is governed by the third-party terms and policies.
5.5. We are not responsible for information provided by third parties. By using the Website to order services from another website/platform, you must familiarize yourself with and comply with the rules of that other website/platform.
6. Liability
6.1. By viewing the advertisements on the Website, accepting the offers published on the Website, and otherwise using the Services, the Client is solely responsible for all consequences and obligations arising from their conduct and use of the Website.
6.2. Any publication and/or making information publicly available on the Website is not considered an offer (offer) by Find.Estate to conclude a transaction.
6.3. Find.Estate strives to ensure that the Services operate as smoothly as possible, but does not guarantee that the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted and smooth. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
7.1. All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the activities of Find.Estate shall be settled through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. Find.Estate reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments to the Terms shall enter into force on the date of their publication on our website, unless otherwise specified.
