This location does not imply parking problems. Being in an area where there is a lot of parking, it is easy to find parking, especially in the afternoons during the week and, especially, on the weekend. The house has natural light all day, since one section of the apartment faces southeast and the other northwest, so it has natural light throughout the day. The apartment is on the third floor, so it is the top floor of the building in which it is located. The insulation is good, so it is not very cold in winter. With regard to summer, as the house has a very good draft as it is high up, even in summer you can be comfortable leaving all the windows open and with fans. Even on hot days, the air conditioning that comes with the house is enough to cool most of the house. The electricity bill is quite cheap (€50-80 per month), considering that the water heater is electric, and that we do not use natural gas; the maximum we have paid is €144 in August, having used the air conditioning literally 24 hours a day. We did a major renovation for a minimalist style 2 years ago, fixing the walls, changing the electrical system of most of the house and installing parquet flooring. It is sold with the cabinets.
